Suggest a better descriptionCook broccoli, drain and set aside. Sauté onion and celery, drain. Cook soups and cheese whiz in skillet on low heat, stirring constantly. Add vegetables and rice. Stir well and put in a 13x9 dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
