Suggest a better descriptionPreheat broiler and but broiling pan 7" from heat. Split unpeeled zucchini lengthwise and sprinkle cut sides with pepper. Put on heated pan and broil 10 minutes. Put a bacon piece on each zucchini half and top generously with cheese. Broil approximately 5 minutes longer, or until bacon is crisp and cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. NOTES : The family just loves these.
