These are good
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients. Fold in cooked rice (and coconut). In another bowl mix together 1 Tbsp sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Drop cookie dough by teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle top of each cookie with cinnamon-nut mix. Bake in 350 F oven 20-25 minutes or until cookies are golden brown
