Suggest a better descriptionMix all spices together in a bowl. Rub spices over both sides of chops. Use all spices. Heat 2 Tbs of oil heat in fry pan on med/high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 5 min on each side. Place pork chops in oven safe dish. Scrape drippings over chops. Bake at 350° for an additional 5 to 10 min.
