Delicious sweet pork chops
Preheat oven to 410. Wash pork chops and lay flat on 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and spread roughly 1/2 cup of the brown sugar on top of the pork so it makes a thin paste. Sprinkle salt, pepper and sage on top. Allow to stand for a few minutes. Turn pork chops, add remaining olive oil and spread remaining brown sugar on top in the same fashion. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
