Delicious Sweet Treats
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C/160 degree C fan-forced. Grease a deep 19cm-square cake pan; line base and sides with baking paper.
2. Melt butter and dark chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth; transfer to a large bowl, cool 10 minutes.
3. Stir in caster sugar, eggs and flour. Spread mixture into pan; bake about 30 minutes. Cool in pan.
4. Cut cake into large pieces and place in a food processor or blender, add rum and process until mixture comes together. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls. Freeze for 10 minutes.
5. Melt extra dark chocolate; dip balls into chocolate to coat. Refrigerate until set.
6. Melt white chocolate; drizzle Brownie Bombs with white chocolate, then decorate with pieces of glace cherry.
