Easy brownie, single serving, made in the microwave. From online at Simply Recipes.
Place flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and cinnamon in a microwave safe ceramic mug. Stir with a fork to break up any clumps and mix together. Add the oil, water, and vanilla to the cup and stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps. Place in the microwave and heat on high about 1 minute and 30 seconds, depending on the microwave wattage. It should be cooked through, but still moist. Let it cool for a minute and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some whipped cream.
