1. Partially cook rice as per instructions on pack
2. Heat oil in fry pan and saute the onion
3. Add rice to fry pan, slowly add chicken stock until rice is finished cooking and stock is all absorbed
4. Stir in remaining ingredients
Rice should be fluffy and flavour mild rather than over powering
