Brownies, oil and Dutch process 1

note: can double recipe and make in two pans or in 9x13 for thicker brownies
Preheat 350, grease 9x9 baking pan, optional - line with parchment paper
In medium bowl mix oil, sugar and vanilla and then beat in eggs
In separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
Gradually stir into egg mixture, then add nuts 7?or chips, etc
Spread in pan
Bake 19-20 minutes, let cool in pan on wire rack beforee cutting into squares
note: if 8" square pan, bake longer, or if 9x13 pan
