NOTE: Last 6 ingredients are for the icing. Mix flour & sugar in large bowl. In saucepan melt butter, shortening, cocoa & water & bring to a rapid boil. Pour this mixture over the flour mixture & stir well. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, soda & vanilla. Bake in long, greased cookie sheet (12x24-inch) at 400 for about 20 minutes.
