Tasty cheap dish with a sauce that can be kept in the fridge used for lots of other dishes
1. Clean mussels and remove the beards
2. Add butter, onion, garlic & celery to large pan on medium heat and saute (approx 5 min)
3. Add wine to pan and boil for 2-3 minutes
4. Please musses in pot and put lid on, cook for approx 5-10 minutes
5. As mussels open remove them from the pot ready to serve
6. After 10 minutes discard any mussels that did not open
7. Stir cream into remaining sauce mixture and remove from heat
Serve with fresh lemon and garlic bread
