Suggest a better descriptionOne to 400. Put cut-up chicken in 9x13 dish, drizzle with olive oil and toss. S&P lightly, add basil and mix then top evenly with cheese.
Mix tomatoes and bruschetta mix (I use a jar version, but you could use fresh), stuffing, garlic and water until moistened. Spread mixture over chicken. Bake 40 min's or so until chicken is cooked through.
