Bruscetta- works with any kind of topping, but this is for the delicious ornage tomato jam we make each year.

Slice baguette.
Brush one side with olive oil.
Spread tomato jam onthe other side.
Top with crumbled goat cheese. (or put goat cheese on first and then top with a dollop of jam)
Bake in oven until cheese has melted.
Garnish with frsh basil.
