Bruschetta options
Bread/Toast
NOTE: Brown both sides of bread
1. Spread butter, olive oil, avocado oil, etc. on both sides of bread
2. Rrub garlic on one side (or sprinkle with garlic powder)
3. Sprinkle a bit of oregano
Dip/Topping
1. Combine Feta, garlic and basil.
2. Sprinkle over toast
CHOICE 1 - add tomato over top and bake 8-10 minutes
CHOICE 2 - bake cheese mix 8-10 minutes, remove and add "cold" tomatoes over top

For traveling, just combine all the ingredients for spreading onto toast later. Refrigerate for a few hours for flavors to combine.
