Suggest a better descriptionCut everything into medium cubes, part of carrot on a medium grater, onion cut into thin half-moons. Add washed lentils and buckwheet.
Add some oil (ir not) in pot. Fry everything 5-10 min on medium flame.
Than add boiling water.
Let it simmer as long as want. Lentils will be cooked in 15-20 mins.
