Suggest a better description1. In a large bowl, combine a package of 1.25 lb of ground turkey, 1 egg, 1/3 cup EACH of the following ingredients- panko crumbs, finely chopped carrots and finely chopped celery and one clove of garlic.
2. In another smaller bowl, pour in 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot Sauce and 2 tbsp of butter.
3. Microwave for about 30 seconds and stir together.
4. Add HALF of the hot sauce jnto the meatball bowl.
5. With clean hands roll mixture into 30 meatballs. Lay out into the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes
6. After 20 minutes, take the meatballs out of the oven and carefully place them into a bowl. Pour remaining hot sauce into that bowl and toss well.
7. Place back onto the cookie sheet and bake only 10 minutes more.
