•Cut cauliflower in 2 X 2 inch pieces
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
•Lightly steam cauliflower for 2-3 min
•In a large bowl, mix together water, brown rice flour, and garlic powder until it forms a paste
•Place cauliflower into bowl to coat it with the paste.
•Place onto parchment lined cookie sheet
•Put into oven for 30-40 min to get slightly crispy (flip over at 20 minutes)
•Make sauce while cauliflower is baking
•Blend remaining ingredients until creamy
•After baking, dip cauliflower pieces into buffalo sauce
•Place back in oven for 15-20 minutes
