Always a crowd pleaser!
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese together with a hand mixer in a medium mixing bowl
3) Drain both cans of chicken and fold into mixture, breaking up chicken with a spoon, leave it a little chunky
3) Spread evenly into a greased 8 x 10 (approximately) casserole dish, top with other 1 cup cheddar cheese
4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chip scoops.
