1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat chicken and hot sauce in skillet over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese and ranch.
3. Cook, stir til well blended and warm. Mix in 1/2 shredded cheese and move to serving container.
4. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Cook til cheese melts.
