Serve with Rice
Make up the mix of spices, combine 1 tablespoon of the mix with the 1/2 cup of yoghurt and the first amounts of garlic and ginger. Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mix for a few hours or overnight.
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the chicken, then put aside.
In the same pan fry the onions for about 5 minutes then add the garlic and ginger, scraping the pan of spices.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes
Take off the heat and blend until smooth, add water if necessary. Put the mix back in the pan, then add the coconut cream, mix well and then add the chicken back in, simmer for 10 minutes
