Chicken in batter
Turn oven to 375.
Place eggs in a bowl. Place cracker crumbs in another bowl. Mix crumbs with garlic salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in the eggs, then in the crumb mix.
Place coated chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place pieces of butter around the chicken.
Bake for 40 minutes.
