Press half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Mix 4 pkgs vanilla instant pudding with 4 cups cold milk and 1 quart ice cream.
Spread mixture over crumbs.
Chill.
Spread one pint cool whip over pudding.
Put remaining crumb mixture on top.
Sprinkle crushed butterfinger candy bars on top.
Chill before serving.
