1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Once well mixed, create a "well" into the middle of the flour. Pour in the buttermilk and eggs into the well. Starting in the center, start to whisk the milk into the batter. Do NOT overmix the batter, it is OK if there are lumps.
2. Heat the large non-stick skillet over low heat for 5 minutes & add 1 tbsp of oil into the skillet. Turn the heat up to medium-low and place 1/3 cup of batter onto the skillet.
3. Flip the pancakes after bubbles rise to the surface and the bottoms are brown. Place the pancakes in a warm place (like the oven) if making large numbers.
