CATINA: toss together quinoa, rice, sultanas. One cup of mix on the base of the plastic container. Lettuce on top. Topped with butternut and seeds. Dressing on the side.
CATERING: HALF quantity - served on a platter. Toss together quinoa, rice, sultanas with some dressing. Serve on top of a small amount of lettuce topped with butternut and seeds. More lettuce around the side. Dressing on the side.
