In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
In a separate large bowl combine eggs, sugar, brown sugar, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla. Whisk together until eggs are broken uo and all the ingredients are well combined
Add your dry ingredients to the wet mix. Gently mix (batter should be lumpy). Fold butterscotch chips into batter
Put batter in muffin tin
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 375 and bake for 8-10 minutes more
