Put head cabbage core up in boiling water and cut off 12 good leaves.
Mix meat, onion, garlic, 1-1/2 T seasoning mix, rice plus some ketchup.
Divide into 12 portions and roll up in leaves.
Sauce: Mix all ing. and bring to boil.
Put cabbage rolls in Dutch oven and sprinkle lightly with salt/pepper. Add onion and bell.
Pour over sauce.
Cover and bake 350 about 1 hour.
May want to reduce sauce slightly.
Serve with the rest of the cabbage, cut into wedges and steamed.
Serve over rice.
