Suggest a better descriptionWash lettuce and tear leaves into pieces. Boil egg 1 min & set aside. Squeeze lemon & set aside juice. Mince the garlic. Add the garlic & salt to the olive oil. Place lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add olive oil & toss well. Break the egg into the salad. Toss again. Add the lemon juice & toss. Add Parmesan cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Add the croutons & toss one final time.
