Suggest a better descriptionPut all ingredients together in large bowl. (Electric mixer with dough hooks or a bread machine.) Add 2 1/2 C hot tap water and mix well. Cover and let rise until double in bulk (about 2 hours).
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly. Roll out until out about 3/4” thick. Melt butter and pour over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar generously. Roll up and slice 1” slices. Place in 2 greased 9x13 pans and allow to rise for 30 min.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. DON’T OVER BAKE!
Glaze or frost with your favorite frosting.
