Put butter, honey and spices into a 10-inch skillet. Place pan on medium heat to melt butter and stir ingredients. Add the nuts and cook until browned, just before they burn. A chopstick works well for stirring. When nuts are done, pour onto aluminum foil to cool; use chopstick to spread them out.
