Pack beans and water in jars fill to 1/2 inch to the top.
Put flat and rings on turn upside down for 24 hours.
After 24 hours make sure they are seal and put in the pantry.
To eat wash beans in cold water. Fill pot with water add beans cook to boiling then pour water off of them.
Fill pot again cook until tender
