Suggest a better description1. In large stainless steel pot combine tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, beans, celery, onions, and water. Bring to a boil over med/high head. Reduce heat and boil 15 mins. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Ladle into jars leaving 1 inch headspace.
3. Debubble
4. Pressure can 11 lbs . Pints-55 mins. Quarts-85 mins.
Makes 14 pints or 7 quarts.
