Mix the eggs and sugar, beating well, then add the melted butter and finally the remaining ingredients .
Put long rolls of the preparation on wax paper. Put it in the oven 180 c for 15 min. Remove and cut the cantuccini and finally put them 5 extra minutes in the oven to roast .
They are delicious accompanied by a cup of Cafe Latte , Buon Appetito!
