Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees and grease the inside of a muffin pan.
Rinse apples and remove core. Slice apples vertically and very thinly.
Place apples in a bowl of water and microwave until softened, about 3 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry and use a knife to cut the pastry into 5 narrow strips.
Take the 5 strips of pastry ans spread the caramel down the middle of each.
Layer the apples partially on top of each other. Lay the apples toward the top of the pastry with the peel edge of the apple hanging over the top.
Sprinkle the apples with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Fold the pastry in half so that the bottom half of the pastry is covering the lower half of the apples.
Roll up the pastry with the caramel and apples on the inside and place the pastry in the muffin tin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
