Modified recipe from a friend that states she got it from WW.
1. Mix pudding, cool whip and pineapple together.
2. Core apples, cut into bite size pieces and mix into above ingredients.
3. Enjoy!
I used 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice instead of all of the juice in the can to cut back on sugar and the whole family LOVED this.
