Patsy's recipe
After corn is popped, put into large oven proof roaster or pan that has been greased.
In a saucepan, melt margarine. Add borwn sugar, syrup and cream of tatar. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and hold over corn. Add soda and stir. Pour syrup over salted popped corn and stir until well coated.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
