>> put 50 g sugar into thick bottom pan
>>add little water(4tbsp) only to cover augar
>> in medium to low heat stir slowly
>> 11 to 13 mons until sugar turns to caramel
>> add the caramel into the bottom of final bowl and keep it to cool
pudding mix
>> in a deep bowl add all the other ingreadients and mix well
>> pour this mix into the caramel coated bowl
>> steam for 15 mins + 3 mins more if you feel
>> put it inside the fridge after it fully cool down to room temperature
