This is a Northern favorite that is great on a cold winter morning or any Saturday morning!
Take 2 loaves of frozen bread dough and thaw the bread enough to cut in 1 inch chunks. While the bread is thawing, melt white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla ice cream, and real butter in a sauce pan. Lay the chunks in an ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan around 9:00 pm. Sprinkle cinnamon over chunks of frozen bread dough. Pour caramel over chunks. Let set over nite. They will be ready to bake in the am. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
They bake great in stonewear. I like to make extra caramel to pour over them after they are through baking. I also use vanilla bean ice cream because I like the taste better. Just play with it and make it what you like!
