Overnight Sweet Dough
Mix sugar, milk, yeast, add 2 cups flour, then eggs and melted butter, add rest of flour and salt.
Mix until combined in mixer with dough hook, put in container and refrigerate over night.
Use half the dough Roll out into a rectangle, Brush with melted butter , sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar, Make twists or knots.
This makes two batches, the dough may stay in the cooler for a few days.
Bake at 350 for about 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely.
Add a powdered sugar glaze after they are cool.
