Suggest a better description1. Cut potatoes in half and boil for 13 minutes. They should not be fully cooked.
2. Meanwhile, chop the parsley and preheat the broiler.
3. Drain the potatoes.
4. Add olive oil, caraway seeds, parsley, and potatoes to the empty pot and stir thoroughly to coat.
5. Roast in a single layer on a baking sheet under the broiler for about 10 minutes. Turn and roast for another 5 minutes. Potatoes should become crisp.
