Add the chicken to a bowl and squeeze the lemon over the chicken.
Add all the seasoning and rub it into the chicken all over legs.
It is best to leave them to marinade overnight in the fridge, however if you do not have time don't worry.
Add the olive oil to a pan , just enough to cover the bottom and fry the chicken, only to brown.
Boil a kettle and add the stock cube to a pint of water and stir.
Once the chicken has browned remove from the pan and drain the oil.
Return the chicken to the pan and add the stock .
Add the chopped peppers, onions,chilli , garlic and Ginger .
And simmer for apron 40 mins until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with basmatti rice .
And spoon over the yard style gravy.
You can use any meat for this dish , steak is very good. If you want to spice it up more add the chilli seed also.
