Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine cream chees, sugar and vanilla mixing until well blended. Add egg, mix well. Spread on bottom of pastry shell.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Carefully pour over cream cheese layer.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is firm. Cool.
Brush top of cooled pie with maple syrup and garnish with chopped nuts.
