To get the beef go to your local Mexican grocery store and ask specifically for Carne Ranchera. You'll need about 3-4 lbs. Next make the marinade and then add the carne. Set in the fridge over night. Cook on the grill over a hot flame for about 15 min. Make sure marinade caramelizes over the meat.
