Great alone or with tacos
1. In a gallon Ziploc bag combine lime juice, garlic, orange juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, olive oil & vinegar.
2. Put entire steak into bag, seal & work marinade around steak. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Heat grill to High, cook on grill 7-10 minutes per side. Discard marinade. Once done let rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
