Roasted pork
Mix seasoning in large bowl. Add pork and toss to coat well. Heat oil in large cast iron skillet. Add pork in single layer and brown, turning to brown all sides. Reduce heat to very low and cover pan. Cook 1 hour adding a little water if too dry.
Shred or cube meat and serve in corn tortillas, in enchiladas or on nachos.
