Mix dry ingredients together.
Add oil and beat. Add carrots and then add eggs 1 at a time mixing in between.
Bake 350 degrees - 20 minutes
Frosting:
8 oz Cream Cheese
stick of butter
3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
Mx well.
Should make enough for two.
