Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Add eggs and oil. Mix in carrots,, pineapple, and pecans. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
Mix together the softened butter and cream cheese--add powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice cooled cake.
