grease and flour 2 ( 8 or 9 inch round pans
combine cake mix, eggs, oil, carrots, nuts and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat med speed 2 min Bake 350 for 35 to 40 min.
Place cream cheese, butter and vanilla , beat low until smooth and creamy. add confectioners sugar.
