pound the chicken flat
brush with olive oil
coat both sides of chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
add oil to pan. put chicken thighs on skin down
cook for 6 minutes. then turn and cook another 6 minutes
check for doneness. Optional can slice into small pieces and toss in wok for additional 1-2 minutes with oil
