Easy and yummy, great for a light dinner
Heat oven to 400f, Bake setting.
1. Boil water and cook potatoes and cauliflower until soft.
2. While the vegetables are cooked, sauté the onion in a little bit of olive oil
3. Chop the green onion
4. Mash the potatoes and cauliflower once ready
5. Add the sautéed onion and the green onion to the mashed cauliflower and potatoes
6. Add the rest of the ingredients: black pepper, salt, chicken flavor soup seasoning, turmeric, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, flour and breadcrumbs.
7. Shape small burgers and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Lightly coat burgers with olive oil.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes
9. Change oven setting to Broil, 475f and bake until top is golden (about 7 minutes).
