Suggest a better descriptionRemove leaves from cauliflower, wash and pat dry. Place on a microwave safe plate, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until tender.
While cauliflower is cooking, combine mayo, mustard and onion in a small bowl.
Unwrap cauliflower, coat with mayo mixture. Pat chees all over cauliflower. Return to microwave, cook uncovered on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges, removing the core sections and serve.
Can replace dehydrated onion with 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder.
